Q. Is it possible to return items? - once the tub was unpackaged I found that the tub waterfall was not wide enough to go over the tube side.

A.Our return policy is that items must be returned within seven days of receipt.  Any returns after that time will have a 20% restocking fee.  No returns after thirty days.

We will make an exception for you on the thirty day return if your items are received in a new and uninstalled condition within the next seven business days.  There will be a 20% restocking fee.  The RMA number for the return is YA35XXXXXX.  We strongly urge you to insure your return.

If you exchange your faucets for another item you receive full credit.

Q. I have a faucet that is dripping, how do I find out which one is leaking.

A. Simply turn the water off at either the hot or cold rough-in valve.  If the drip stops you know which one is the problem.  If not, it is the opposite side.

Q. What should I do if I find a dripping valve?

A. Once problem valve has been located, remove the ceramic cartridge inspect for rust or other debris, if debris is found clean and reinstall cartridge for another test.Note: when replacing the cartridge, just snug up and must not be tightened too much.  If the ceramic cartridge has sustained damage it will need to be replaced. Q. What should I do if I have recieved order that has shipping damage to contents due to crushed or mangled box.

A. Please contact UPS and submit a claim. They will pick up the damaged item and they should notify me that it has been picked up and we will send you another one.
