Exchange Instructions

Overview:

FaucetsUSA return policy and procedures are outlined below.  Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure prompt and proper credit.

FaucetsUSA® has a 30 day return or exchange policy.  Items can not be returned or exchanged after 30 days.  No exceptions!  More details below:

Items that can qualify for Return:
  1. Defective Products.
  2. Products that were not shipped correctly.
  3. Items that have not been installed.
  4. Merchandise being returned within the 30 day return period.

A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise, unless it is a return of a defective product.

Items that can qualify for Exchange:

  1. Defective Faucet/Parts/Accessory
  2. Faucet/Parts/Accessory that was not shipped correctly.
  3. Faucet/Parts/Accessory that has not been installed.
  4. Faucet/Parts/Accessory that is being exchanged within the 30 day exchange period.

Items exchanged will not be subject to a re-stocking fee, however, the purchaser is responsible for shipping both ways unless a product is being returned due to our error or for a product defect.

General Return:

 

  1. Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any (non-special order) faucet, part, or accessory in its original packaging and in original uninstalled condition for a full refund, less shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.
  2. Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may exchange any (non-special order) faucet, part, or accessory in its original packaging and in original uninstalled condition for a replacement product, less shipping charges  (We will ship the exchange items at our cost if the return is a result of our error or a product defect).

FaucetsUSA reserves the right to refuse any returns that are not returned according to our procedures. To obtain credit, returned product returns must:

  1. Have a valid RMA number.
  2. Packaging that is not written on or defaced in any way.
  3. Sent back to FaucetsUSA warehouse.

Please carefully repack your items for shipment.  We can not issue credit unless your item is received in a new and re-saleable condition.  We suggest that you insure your returns to protect yourself against damage in transit. FaucetsUSA is not responsible for any item lost or damaged in a return shipment.

Manufactures Standard:
  1. No products will be accepted for return more than 30 days after date of purchase. No exceptions. Manufacturers will not accept returns past this date.
  2. Special order items and close out / discontinued models cannot be returned.
  3. We are not able to accept returns on damaged merchandise that was not inspected by the customer at the time of original delivery and not reported or claimed within 48 hours of receipt. If a customer signs for a delivery and does not report any damage to the shipping company and/or to Sales , then it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company to recoup any damages.
  4. Products returned as defective which are found not to be defective are subject to a 20% handling charge.
  5.  If a customer sends back a non-returnable item, no credit will be issued for the return of the product. The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Return Approval:

To return any product you must obtain a RMA number (Return Merchandise Approval).  To obtain an RMA number and return instructions.  To obtain this number please send a request to Sales page. Requests for returns are generally processed within 24 hours and you will receive return instructions along with your RMA number.

Refunds:

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 5 to 15 business days of our receiving your return.  All returns and exchanges will be credited less restocking and shipping costs.  Our credit department processes returns and issues credit once a week.

Incorrect Products Received:

If we shipped you a different product than you ordered, please email us at  Email  or call 1-386-793-9164 within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will provide an RMA number and instructions on how and where to ship them back. We will pay for the freight back and shipping of the correct product freight free of charge.

General Return Instructions:

  1. Follow the general return instructions in the email we send you (see also General Return) and ship the package back via UPS or USPS.  It is advised that you obtain a tracking number, receipt, or confirmation of your shipment.  FaucetsUSA is not responsible for any lost shipments that were not insured by the customer.
  2. Send your return back to our warehouse for processing.
  3. Please allow 2-7 business days, depending on what shipping method you select, for the return to be received.

Once the return is received, please allow 5-15 business days for our credit department to issue a refund less restocking fees and shipping costs.

Exchange Instructions:

For a defective exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Please notify us of the defect.  Be clear and concise when describing defects or damages.  Obtain an RMA number for your return.
  2. Our warehouse will ship you out a replacement within 24 hours of the receipt of your defective merchandise.
  3. Follow the defective exchange instructions in the email we send you.
  4. Cross shipped items must be ordered as new merchandise and credit will be issued once your return is received.  No exceptions! Once the return is received  please allow 4-8 business days for our credit department to issue a refund.
